Why isn't the Google Calendar .ical file working?

Some users experience an error message when they use Google Chrome to upload the .ical file.

If you received an error message with the Chome web browser, try uploading the file using the Firefox or Edge browser.
If that doesn't work, take a screenshot of the error message and send it to us at [email protected] so we can troubleshoot the issue.
